Job Overview World Bridge Technologies is seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordination Assistant to join our team on a part\-time basis. This position is open to remote work/telecommuting Responsibilities Assist with project planning, tracking, and documentation to ensure timely progress Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for project teams Handle correspondence via email, phone, and messaging platforms with professionalism and clarity Maintain accurate data entry records using tools such as Microsoft Office Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries from clients and team members promptly Experience Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Ability to read plans and specifications Experience in data entry, proofreading, and maintaining organized records Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a multitasking environment Previous experience supporting personal or project coordination roles in the construction industry required Email resumes to controller@waremail.us Pay: $25\.00 \- $28\.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Language: English (Required) Work Location: Remote
