Office Assistant \- Part Time positions available Revival Massage \& Bodyworks – Providence, RI Time and a half on Sundays About Us Revival Massage \& Bodyworks is a women\-owned massage therapy and skincare studio located in Providence. Since 2011, we’ve grown from a single\-room space into a multi\-room, award\-winning studio with a loyal clientele. We’re known for our inclusive, professional, and welcoming environment \- for both clients and staff. Job Summary We’re looking for a detail\-oriented, customer\-focused Office Assistant to join our team. This position blends reception, client care, and facility maintenance \- perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in creating a clean, organized, and friendly space. This position requires a high level of initiative, with the ability to complete tasks independently without prompting. Candidates should be proactive during downtime, detail\-oriented, and capable of effectively multitasking in a fast\-paced environment. Schedule: Required for part time : Fridays 8:30am\-2pm or 2pm\-7:30pm, Saturdays 8:30am\-2pm or 2pm\-7:30pm, and every other Sunday 9:30\-5:30pm. Possible Tuesday shift 12pm\-6pm Time and a half pay on Sundays Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and provide exceptional service in\-person, by phone, and email Schedule appointments and manage the booking system Open and close the studio (lights, equipment, doors) Process payments and balance the cash drawer Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms, common areas, restrooms, and break room Wash, fold, and restock laundry and linens Organize and stock supplies and retail products Perform administrative duties (filing, inventory tracking, data entry) Assist with social media content creation Assist with marketing emails Qualifications: Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Friendly, professional communication style Comfortable with cleaning duties and physical tasks Experience in wellness, spa, or healthcare settings a plus Reliable and able to work independently Why Work With Us?
