Position Title: Executive Assistant to C level Department: Corporate Location: Remote US (Central time zone preferably) Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to C\-suite executives in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment. This role serves as a trusted partner responsible for enhancing executive effectiveness through exceptional calendar management, communication coordination, meeting organization, and operational support. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and highly professional, with the ability to anticipate executive needs, manage competing priorities, and foster alignment across cross\-functional teams. This individual will play a critical role in improving communication flow, driving follow\-through on key initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of day\-to\-day executive operations while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion. Responsibilities Executive Support \& Calendar Management Manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing meetings and commitments based on business objectives and strategic priorities. Coordinate executive availability across internal and external stakeholders. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively identify solutions. Manage correspondence, travel arrangements, expenses, and executive documentation with professionalism and discretion. Meeting \& Event Coordination Coordinate recurring leadership meetings, business reviews, planning sessions, and executive forums. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, create and refine powerpoint presentations, and supporting documentation. Track action items, decisions, and follow\-up activities to ensure timely execution. Plan offsite meetings, leadership events, and team gatherings, including logistics and coordination. Cross\-Functional Partnership Build strong relationships across departments and serve as a liaison between executives and key stakeholders. Facilitate communication and alignment across cross\-functional teams. Support coordination of cross\-functional initiatives and strategic projects. Manage high\-volume interactions while ensuring a positive and professional experience for stakeholders. Executive Communications \& Reporting Create executive\-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and business communications. Gather, organize, and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise summaries and actionable insights. Support leadership communications, board materials, and business updates. Ensure materials are accurate, polished, and aligned with executive expectations. Process, Documentation \& Project Support Document processes, maintain records, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Utilize business systems and collaboration tools to manage information and workflows efficiently. Assist with short\- and long\-term projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables remain on track. Maintain exceptional organization, accuracy, and confidentiality across all work products. Skills \& Experience Executive Support Expertise Proven experience supporting Csuite executives in a dynamic, fast\-paced organization. Demonstrated ability to manage complex priorities and operate with minimal supervision. Strong business judgment and ability to anticipate executive needs. Communication Excellence Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, executive\-level messaging. Experience developing presentations and reports for leadership audiences. Technical \& Analytical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Experience working with collaboration, project management, reporting, and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Organization \& Execution Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination capabilities. Exceptional attention to detail and follow\-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong problem\-solving skills and adaptability in changing environments. Proven ability to work proactively and independently while maintaining alignment with business objectives. Experience \& Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment. Experience working in a technology, SaaS, financial services, insurance, or other fast\-paced business environment is preferred.
