Appliance Sales Associate JT's Appliance is looking for a motivated, professional, and customer\-focused Appliance Sales Associate to join our growing team at our showroom located at 51 Pomfret Street, Putnam, CT 06260\. As a locally owned, family\-operated appliance retailer, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the right appliances for their homes. Responsibilities \- Assist customers in selecting appliances that best fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget. \- Develop expert product knowledge and confidently explain features and benefits. \- Prepare sales orders and process customer transactions accurately. \- Follow up with customers before and after the sale. \- Schedule deliveries and service appointments. \- Assist with receiving inventory, merchandising, and maintaining an organized showroom. \- Support daily store operations and other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications \- Previous retail or commission sales experience preferred. \- Appliance sales experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate. \- Outstanding customer service and communication skills. \- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email. \- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \- Self\-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
