Position Summary Arizona Advanced Imaging is seeking a detail\-oriented and compassionate Imaging Support Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative and patient support throughout the diagnostic imaging process. This fully remote role is responsible for coordinating appointments, assisting with referrals, responding to patient inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting seamless communication between patients, providers, and internal teams. ResponsibilitiesPatient Support Serve as the primary point of contact for patients via phone, email, and secure messaging platforms. Respond to non\-clinical questions regarding imaging appointments, preparation instructions, and scheduling. Provide courteous, timely, and professional customer service. Escalate clinical or urgent concerns to the appropriate team members. Appointment \& Referral Coordination Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel diagnostic imaging appointments. Coordinate incoming referrals and verify that required documentation has been received. Communicate appointment updates with patients and referring provider offices. Maintain accurate scheduling calendars and referral records. Imaging Services Support Assist patients with registration and pre\-appointment administrative requirements. Verify demographic and contact information for accuracy. Monitor outstanding referrals and appointment requests to ensure timely follow\-up. Support efforts to improve patient satisfaction and service efficiency. Administrative Support Maintain accurate electronic patient records and documentation. Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy. Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative materials as needed. Handle confidential information in accordance with company policies and applicable privacy regulations. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare administration, medical office support, scheduling, call center operations, or administrative support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web\-based software applications. Preferred Experience in a medical imaging, radiology, physician office, hospital, or outpatient healthcare setting. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), radiology information systems (RIS), practice management software, or CRM platforms. Experience coordinating patient appointments or medical referrals. Previous remote work experience.
