Part Time Administrative Assistant We are seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong experience in invoicing, Excel, and accounting support. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable handling a variety of office and financial tasks in a fast\-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and on time. Use Excel to prepare quotations, invoices and manage data and reports Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks. Maintain organized files and documentation. Requirements Previous experience in administrative support, invoicing, or accounting. Strong Excel skills, including data entry, spreadsheets, and basic formulas. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Pay: $25\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Laguna Niguel, CA 92677
