Skyline Medical Equipment is looking for a motivated, detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Representative to join our expanding Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast\-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Greet patients, providers, and visitors professionally Answer and direct incoming phone calls Perform accurate data entry into company software Scan, upload, and organize patient documentation Verify and update patient demographic information Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Support billing and office staff as needed Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone Qualifications Strong computer and typing skills Excellent attention to detail Customer service or front desk experience preferred Administrative or medical office experience is a plus Ability to multitask in a busy office environment Professional appearance and communication skills Reliable transportation High School Diploma or GED required Requirements Background check required Non\-Remote (On\-Site) Position Must be able to work in Paintsville, KY Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor Commission Opportunities Performance Bonuses * Opportunities for advancement as Skyline Medical Equipment continues to grow.
