Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests to ensure an efficient work environment Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and directing phone calls using multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle data entry tasks accurately, maintain filing systems—both digital and physical—and ensure all records are up\-to\-date and easily accessible Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in person, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Photocopy, assembly and mail of clients, tax returns, financial statements Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and performing clerical tasks like copying, scanning, and filingSkills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and productivity software for efficient task completion Technical proficiency with multi\-line phone systems Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients or staff Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques to meet deadlines in a busy environment Experience in clerical duties such as proofreading documents, filing systems management, and calendar coordination Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor; previous experience as a front desk Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times This role is perfect for someone eager to bring energy and efficiency into an office setting while supporting team success through organized workflows.
