Speech Language Pathologist- Contractor

We are a growing private practice seeking a motivated and self\-directed Speech\-Language Pathologist to join our team as a telehealth contractor. What We Offer Compensation Our compensation structure is transparent and built around your clinical work: Treatment sessions: 75\-80% (dependent on payer) of insurance reimbursement received per session Evaluations: 75\-80% (dependent on payer) of insurance reimbursement received per session No\-shows: $0 (unpaid) Wellness Program Opportunity One of the most exciting parts of joining our team: contractors have the opportunity to develop their own out\-of\-pocket wellness programs, things like fluency maintenance groups, voice wellness/LSVT LOUD, cognitive communication coaching, accent modification, AAC coaching, sign language classes, or social communication groups. These programs are yours to design and lead. We provide the marketing platform, website visibility, and administrative infrastructure. You keep 90% of all wellness program revenue. You come prepared, stay current, and take ownership of your caseload. Specifically, we are seeking someone who: Is ambitious and motivated to grow as a clinician Has a genuine interest in working with a variety of diagnoses and age groups across the lifespan; the majority of referrals are adults and geriatrics Approaches each patient with curiosity and individualized care Is comfortable operating independently in a telehealth environment Has an entrepreneurial spirit Communicates proactively and professionally Requirements Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC\-SLP) from ASHA Active DORA professional license in good standing Professional liability insurance covering telehealth services Experience with adult and geriatric populations preferred Willingness to enroll as a Medicare provider (credentialing support provided) Option to enroll as a Medicaid provider (credentialing support provided) Experience or strong interest in working with diverse diagnoses and patient populations Reliable internet connection and a suitable telehealth setup This position is an independent contractor (1099\) arrangement.
