Join Dawn Star Counseling. Dawn Star Counseling is my baby. I got my license in 2020, and even in my internships I was begging to be shown how to run the business. I moved to Idaho Falls , (800 miles from my home in AZ) Solely , because my mentor promised to teach me everything he knew about running his own practice. For me, It's not enough to do amazing therapy every day, and help dozens of people make the changes they need to rebuild their lives. I want to do more. And agency work is the part of this. Instead of taking excellent care of 30 clients and empowering them to be successful, I want to take a handful of fantastic therapists, and empower you! A therapist with resources and supportive management can help more people and have the stability for long\-lasting community change. I'm new to buisness ownership. Dawn Star Counseling has been open for two years and already has more referrals than we can keep up with. (A good problem to have, though our waiting list might disagree.) We provide evidence\-based individual and couples therapy and family therapy. We will soon move into community activities, connection groups, and Wilderness therapy retreats. To keep up with demand and expand services, we’re looking for one licensed clinician in the Idaho Falls/Ammon area who wants meaningful work in a supportive, slightly over\-caffeinated environment. You could work entirely online\- so you don't necessarily have to be in this area. For therapists who want to focus on clinical work without drowning in admin Competitive session pay – $50 per one\-hour session (1099\) or $45 per one hour session if it's W2 Performance\-based bonus stipend – Earn additional bonuses monthly when documentation is timely and complete. Bonuses can include funding towards professional expenses (insurance, licensing, CEUs, training, etc.), essentially designing your own benefit package. Many Health Insurance Optiosn: Not everyone needs insurance, but if you do, we offer it. We have several plans to chose from \-, including dental and vision. Flexible caseload and schedule – You decide how many clients you see, in person or via telehealth.
