Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace environment while ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. Your energetic approach will help streamline HR processes, support talent development, and enhance overall workforce management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact organizational growth through strategic HR practices, employee engagement, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage full\-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS or Workday. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the company culture and policies. Conduct employee evaluations and performance management activities to support professional development and organizational objectives. Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, payroll processing integrations like ADP or Paychex, and benefits administration. Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with employment \& labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, workers' compensation procedures, and HR legal standards such as ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). Support HR projects related to organizational design, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and change management initiatives. Maintain accurate HR data entry in HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM while analyzing data for strategic workforce planning. Assist in regulatory compliance management through audits and documentation of employment practices. Collaborate with leadership on training \& development programs to enhance skills across teams using project management methodologies. Skills Extensive experience in human capital management and human resources management functions. Strong knowledge of employment \& labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and HR legal compliance requirements. Proven ability in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting via ATS platforms like Taleo or Lever. Excellent communication skills for effective employee orientation, training \& development sessions, and conflict management. Skilled in benefits administration, payroll processing tools such as Kronos or UltiPro, and HR systems like Workday or PeopleSoft. Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting purposes; adept at data collection and interpretation for strategic decision\-making. Experience in project management with a focus on organization design, workforce management, and change initiatives. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality while maintaining high levels of accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Familiarity with social media management for employer branding efforts; experience with contracts and employment documentation is a plus.
