Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. This pivotal role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, and possess strong office skills to create a positive first impression for visitors and clients alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise in a dynamic environment. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff and doctors with precision Perform data entry, filing, and record\-keeping tasks using Microsoft Office and EMR. Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously in person or over the phone Requirements Proven experience in office administrative roles, preferably as a receptionist or personal assistant Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi\-line phone systems Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required Familiarity with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and calendar management Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in office administration.
