Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing general cleanliness. Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity while ensuring all communications adhere to company standards. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally both in person and via phone or email. Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing filing systems efficiently. Requirements Proven experience working at a front desk or in an administrative support role within an office environment. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced setting. Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse clients and team members. Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi\-line phone systems confidently. Previous clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management is essential. Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance. Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple priorities independently. Personal assistant experience or office management background is advantageous but not required.
