Utilize computer skills to navigate multiple software platforms, including Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and other office applications. Verify order information by cross\-referencing data collection sources, ensuring consistency across all records. Maintain organized filing systems for order documentation, invoices, and related records to facilitate easy retrieval. Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to order processing. Perform basic math calculations to verify quantities, pricing, and totals during order entry procedures. Skills Strong proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, data entry, and familiarity with ERP systems. Experience working with databases and clerical tasks such as filing, transcription, and data collection. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. Demonstrated typing speed with accuracy to support efficient order processing. Knowledge of basic math principles for accurate order calculations. Prior office experience or administrative experience that highlights attention to detail and reliability. Familiarity with pivot tables and data analysis tools is a plus for managing large datasets effectively.
