HOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER Full\-Time \| Up to $65,000 per year Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy House Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private household and multiple residences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping a home running efficiently, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in creating an organized, well\-maintained environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail\-oriented, flexible, and comfortable managing both household responsibilities and personal assistant duties. Responsibilities Household Management Maintain a clean, organized, and well\-presented home. Perform routine housekeeping and assist with deep cleaning as needed. Organize closets, pantry, storage spaces, and household inventory. Restock household supplies and groceries. Ensure the home is always guest\-ready. Laundry \& Cooking Wash, fold, iron, and organize laundry. Prepare healthy meals and meal prep. Grocery shop and maintain kitchen organization. Pet Care Walk the family dog daily. Feed, provide fresh water, and administer medications if needed. Coordinate veterinary and grooming appointments. Arrange pet care while owner is traveling. Property \& Vendor Management Coordinate landscapers, cleaners, pool maintenance, pest control, snow removal, and other household vendors. Schedule and oversee home repairs and maintenance. Set up utilities for new properties. Maintain service schedules and household maintenance calendars. Vehicle Management Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and organized. Schedule routine maintenance, detailing, inspections, and repairs. Property Oversight Travel to the Hartford, CT condo as needed to inspect the property, oversee maintenance, coordinate cleaners, and manage turnover for the rental. Occasionally travel to the Miami condo to oversee maintenance and property needs. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for all residences. Monitor and assist with short\-term rental operations. Administrative \& Personal Assistant Duties Schedule medical, dental, veterinary, and personal appointments. Manage household calendars. Pick up mail and packages. Run personal errands. Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations. Organize important household documents. Assist with miscellaneous personal and business\-related tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in household management, executive assistance, estate management, hospitality, or a similar role preferred. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently. Professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality. Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills. Comfortable working with dogs. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel locally between properties and occasionally out of state. Preferred Skills Experience managing short\-term rental properties (Airbnb/VRBO). Vendor and contractor management. Meal preparation. Basic home maintenance knowledge. Experience overseeing multiple properties. Compensation \& Benefits Salary up to $65,000 annually, depending on experience. Paid time off.
