Accounting Manager

Imperium Data is seeking a hands\-on Accounting Manager to oversee the company's day\-to\-day accounting operations and own the monthly financial close. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, producing timely financial statements, managing transactional accounting, and supporting executive leadership with reliable financial information. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast\-paced, growing organization. Responsibilities Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process. Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and payroll accounting. Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Assist with annual audits and tax compliance. Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls. Partner with leadership to provide financial analysis and operational support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. CPA reqiuired. 7\+ years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or private industry. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Experience managing the full month\-end close process. Proficiency with ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
