Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and compassion Greet clients, caregivers, and visitors Schedule caregiver shifts and assist with staffing Provide excellent customer service to clients and families Maintain client and caregiver files Assist with data entry and office organization Respond to emails and basic correspondence Attend networking events Marketing \& Promotions Qualifications Previous office or administrative experience preferred Excellent people and communication skills Strong Computer skills is a Must Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Friendly, patient, and compassionate personality Reliable, punctual, and detail\-oriented Experience in healthcare or home care is a plus but not required We're Looking For Someone Who Is: A true "people person" Calm under pressure Professional in appearance and attitude Comfortable speaking with seniors and their families A team player who enjoys helping others succeed Eager to learn and grow with our agency What We Offer Supportive, family\-oriented work environment Meaningful work that positively impacts seniors' lives Monday–Friday daytime schedule Opportunity for growth within the company Some on\-call weekends If you're looking for a rewarding position where your experience, compassion, and organizational skills will be appreciated, we'd love to hear from you.
