Duties/ Requirments Assist with a busy front office by answering and directing multi\-line phone calls with professionalism and efficiency. Welcome and assist customers, providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive first impression. Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinat daily office activities. Enter and maintain accurate customer information in a CRM database. Process daily employee timesheets and assisted with billing and payroll\-related administrative tasks. Monitor multiple email accounts, responded to customer inquiries, and followed up on phone calls and correspondence. Provide administrative support to managers and office staff to ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations. Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with office coordination, prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and deliver excellent customer experiences. Skills/ experience needed: Front Office Administration Customer Service \& Client Relations Multi\-Line Phone Systems Appointment Scheduling \& Calendar Management CRM Database Management Data Entry \& Record Keeping Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Email \& Office Correspondence Administrative Support Time Management \& Organization Strong Written \& Verbal Communication Multitasking in Fast\-Paced Environments Problem Solving \& Attention to Detail Dependable, Professional, and Team\-Oriented Pay: $18\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour Experience: Multi\-line phone systems: 2 years (Required) Data entry: 1 year (Preferred) CRM software: 1 year (Preferred) Front Office Admin: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
