Back Office Assistant

Overview We are seeking a professional and organized Back Office Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in veterinary office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as well as experience in veterinary, medical or dental office settings. Duties Greet clients, visitors, and callers with courteous and professional demeanor Manage multi\-line phone systems, direct calls, and take accurate messages Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Ezyvet and Microsoft Office tools Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records Handle correspondence through email and other Familiarity Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude at all times Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing records Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $12\.00 \- $14\.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
