Executive Assistant \& Office Assistant Location: Las Vegas, NV Schedule: Monday\-Friday, 9:00 AM \- 6:00 PM, with occasional weekends as needed Compensation: $16\-$23 per hour, depending on experience About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented Executive Assistant \& Office Assistant to join our growing team. This role serves as the primary support person for the Owner while also assisting with the day\-to\-day operations of a busy showroom and office. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, dependable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast\-paced environment. The position combines executive support, client communication, project coordination, showroom assistance, and administrative duties. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to keep projects and tasks moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Assist the Owner with daily administrative and operational tasks. Assist in managing schedules, priorities, and follow\-ups. Prepare quotes and supporting documentation as needed. Track active projects, bids, lots, and client progress. Maintain regular communication regarding project status and priorities. Assist with preparing bids, proposals, and project documentation. Client \& Project Coordination Communicate with clients after a sale has been completed. Assist in coordinating plans, measurements, and project information with designers. Send design agreements and follow up throughout the design process. Assist with project completion and client satisfaction. Assist with accessory and hardware requests as needed. Provide project updates to internal team members. Help ensure projects move efficiently from sale through completion. Office \& Showroom Operations Answer phones and assist showroom visitors. Maintain a professional and organized showroom environment. Conduct weekly inventory checks and report supply needs. Assist with company systems, workflows, and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Assist with CRM updates, data entry, and Google Drive organization. Maintain awareness of inventory, warehouse stock, and active projects. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Comfortable learning technical products and project\-based processes. Experience in administration, customer service, project coordination, executive assistance, or a related field is preferred. Compensation \& Growth Hourly pay ranging from $16\-$23 per hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
