We are expanding and hiring a Delivery \& Customer Experience Coordinator to play a key role in managing delivery scheduling, customer communication, and daily operational coordination from our brand\-new, state\-of\-the\-art facility. This is not just an administrative role, it is a critical position that directly impacts customer experience and operational performance. What You’ll Do Coordinate and optimize daily delivery routes Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery timelines and service updates Manage freight and delivery claims with attention to detail Prepare service quotes and operational documentation Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accuracy Track scheduling and performance using Excel and internal systems Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills High attention to detail Professional and confident communication Ability to prioritize independently in a fast\-paced environment Proficiency in Excel Positive, team\-oriented mindset Experience in logistics, delivery coordination, retail operations, or office administration is preferred but not required , we are willing to train the right motivated candidate.
