We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead our field sales team through our biggest growth season yet. This isn't a desk job. You'll be in the field with your reps, recruiting new talent, running training, and owning the numbers for your territory — with real override commission on every deal your team closes. What You'll Do: Recruit and train a team of door\-to\-door sales reps (target: 3–6 reps per territory) Run daily field operations — route assignments, ride\-alongs, in\-field coaching Lead morning huddles and end\-of\-day debriefs to keep the team sharp and motivated Own territory performance — doors knocked, close rates, average contract value, revenue Manage the sales pipeline — follow\-up systems, CRM accuracy, lead quality Drive commission structure execution — ensure reps understand and hit tiered commission targets Report directly to ownership on weekly/monthly performance against goals You'll spend real time in the field — not just behind a desk. This role is built for someone who can sell AND lead. What You'll Earn: Component Detail Base salary $50,000–$65,000/year Override commission 3–5% on all team\-generated sales Personal sales commission Earn on your own closes too, if you're still in the field Performance bonuses Monthly team quota bonuses, quarterly leadership bonuses Total earning potential $70,000–$130,000\+ in your first year Override commission — you earn on every deal your team closes, not just your own Weekly payout on personal commission, monthly override settlement Fast growth path — branch manager / regional director track for top performers Company vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement What We're Looking For: 1\+ years of D2D or outside sales experience (pest control, solar, alarms, roofing, or similar preferred) Some leadership or training experience — formal management not required if you've mentored or trained others informally Strong communicator who can motivate a team through both wins and slow days Comfortable with data — tracking KPIs, close rates, and pipeline health Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Thrives in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment What You Get: Full leadership training — recruiting, coaching, route strategy, performance management An assigned growth territory with provided routing data and target neighborhoods Marketing support, sales collateral, and CRM tools provided Override commission on your entire team's production Direct path to Branch Manager / Regional Director as the company scales Work directly with ownership — this is a growth\-stage company, not corporate bureaucracy Why us?
