Entry Level Marketing Assistant

Overview Moore Junk Removal \& Recycling is seeking a motivated and creative Part\-Time Marketing Assistant to help increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support community engagement efforts. This position will primarily work remotely while collaborating with company leadership through a weekly in\-person marketing meeting. The Marketing Assistant will manage direct mail campaigns, social media platforms, online marketing initiatives, and community outreach efforts to support the growth of our veteran\-owned junk removal and recycling business. Work Schedule Remote work with flexible scheduling Approximately 10 hours per week Attend one weekly in\-person marketing meeting in the Temple, Texas Essential Duties \& Responsibilities Direct Mail Marketing Manage and maintain SendJim direct mail campaigns and Nice Job platforms Create, schedule, and monitor postcard and mailing campaigns Track campaign performance and lead generation results Maintain customer and prospect mailing lists Social Media Management Manage company Facebook page and related social media platforms Create engaging content including posts, photos, videos, promotions, and community updates Schedule content using social media management tools Monitor social media analytics and engagement metrics Digital Marketing Assist with online advertising campaigns Create promotional graphics and marketing materials Support email marketing campaigns Assist with website content updates as needed Lead Generation \& Community Engagement Promote company services through online community groups Research local networking and community partnership opportunities Support customer review and referral programs Assist with event promotion and community outreach initiatives Reporting \& Administrative Support Prepare weekly marketing activity reports Track advertising expenditures and campaign performance Maintain marketing calendars and schedules Present progress updates during weekly in\-person marketing meetings Qualifications Bachelor degree preferred Marketing, communications, business, or related experience preferred Experience with Facebook Business Suite, Meta Business Manager, or similar platforms preferred Experience with SendJim or direct mail marketing platforms preferred (training available) Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic graphic design experience using Canva or similar software preferred Self\-motivated and able to work independently Reliable internet connection and computer access required Reliable transportation Desired Skills Social media marketing Content creation Digital advertising Customer engagement Graphic design Time management Attention to detail CRM and database management Physical Requirements Primarily sedentary office/computer work Ability to attend weekly in\-person meetings and occasional community events Why Join Moore Junk Removal \& Recycling?
