Duties Manage calendar schedules, appointments, and meetings with precision using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Handle incoming calls using multi\-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records through filing, proofreading, and organizing digital documents. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via email or phone, ensuring positive interactions. Oversee bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping. Coordinate office management activities such as supply ordering, document management, and maintaining a well\-organized virtual workspace. Assist with personal support tasks and administrative projects as needed, demonstrating strong organizational skills and time management. Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace for efficient task execution. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting. Strong typing skills coupled with high computer literacy to facilitate quick data entry and document proofreading. Experience with front desk operations, multi\-line phone systems, and office management best practices. Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client interactions and team communication. Demonstrated clerical experience along with general office experience that highlights attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette to foster positive relationships.
