At Aura Tech, we are currently seeking a motivated, organized Part\-Time General Office Clerk to join our team directly in our office. If you are reliable, comfortable with computers, and looking for a flexible, short\-shift role, we want to hear from you! No extensive prior office experience required—we will provide full training for the right candidate. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) As an Entry\-Level Clerk, you will handle the daily administrative and digital tasks that keep our office running smoothly. Your core responsibilities will include: General Administrative Support: Assisting the team with daily clerical tasks, organization, and office upkeep during your shift. Basic Bookkeeping: Processing business receipts and accurately entering data into financial spreadsheets. Vehicle Maintenance Tracking: Helping log and coordinate routine upkeep (oil changes, mileage, tire checks) for company travel vehicles. Social Media \& Online Updates: Keeping our business profiles active and engaging across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Local SEO \& Reputation Management: Monitoring and updating our Google Business and Yelp pages with current info and review replies. Customer Follow\-Up: Making outbound phone calls to follow up with clients, answer basic inquiries, and maintain great customer relationships. What We’re Looking For (Skills \& Requirements) Entry\-Level Welcomed: Prior office or vehicle logging experience is a plus, but not required. We care most about your work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn! Work Style: This is a 100% in\-office position. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Availability: Able to work 3 days a week, choosing between the 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM shift or the 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM shift. Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using computers, Google suites, navigating social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram), and inputting data into basic spreadsheets. Good Communication: Professional and polite tone on the phone for client follow\-ups. Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within California as needed for company operations. What We Offer A stable, supportive, and growing work environment.
