Role Description: Position Overview: We’re seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who thrives in an outpatient setting and coordinating care with our clinical team. You will provide medication management and psychiatric evaluations for individuals dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and other common behavioral health concerns. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and follow\-up medication management. Collaborate with therapists and support staff as part of a coordinated care model. Manage documentation using a secure, user\-friendly EHR. Maintain compliance with state and federal telehealth regulations. Participate in optional team meetings, peer support, and ongoing case consultations. Required Qualifications: Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in Oregon. ANCC certification as a PMHNP. Current DEA registration with prescriptive authority. Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a telehealth setting. Prior telepsychiatry or outpatient experience is required.
