Applying Pressure, LLC is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to manage daily job scheduling, crew assignments, and communication between clients and field staff. Responsibilities: Receive and organize incoming service requests Maintain company scheduling calendar Assign jobs to crews based on location and availability Send daily job details to crews Confirm appointments with clients Coordinate emergency and same\-day requests Track job completion status Communicate scheduling updates to management Maintain scheduling records and job notes Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Strong organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with Google Calendar, email, and spreadsheets Property management or service industry experience preferred Position Details: Part\-time (10–15 hours per week) Flexible remote schedule * Occasional evening availability for emergencies
