Business Development & Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Part\-Time Lead Generator to help grow a mobile auto detailing business. This role is focused strictly on finding new customers, booking jobs, and helping bring in contracts for fleet, dealership, and commercial accounts. This is a performance\-focused position — ideal for someone confident in outreach, communication, and sales. You will not be doing detailing work, only helping generate business. Pay: $15–18/hr \+ commission/bonus per booked job or contract Responsibilities Find and contact potential customers (residential, commercial, fleet, dealerships) Generate leads through calls, messaging, social media, and online outreach Help book detailing appointments and secure recurring clients Reach out to local businesses (car lots, companies, fleets, property managers) Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into paying customers Maintain a simple log of leads, contacts, and conversions Assist with basic promotional outreach (posting services online, responding to inquiries) Skills Strong communication and sales mindset Comfortable making calls, sending messages, and cold outreach Self\-motivated and able to work independently Basic computer and social media skills Experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred but not required Must be consistent and results\-driven (commission\-based performance matters) Compensation $15–18 per hour depending on experience Commission/bonus paid per booked job and/or signed contract Flexible part\-time schedule Performance\-based growth opportunities Job Type: Part\-time Pay: $15\.00 \- $18\.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Lead Generation Specialist: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
