We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and ensuring efficient delivery of parts to remote stockrooms. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, forklift operation, and supply chain processes. The Warehouse Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining smooth distribution workflows, supporting operations and supply chain personnel, and ensuring safety standards are met. Key responsibilities Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels to maintain an adequate supply of parts and materials. Delivery: Travel weekly to remote stockrooms to deliver inventory. As needed take parts out to field mechanics working on equipment. Coordination: Work closely with the Purchasing and Supply Chain departments to communicate needs and manage inventory goals. Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and well\-maintained. Reporting: Compile inventory and operations records and prepare necessary reports. Support: Assist technicians and other staff by ensuring they have the parts and supplies needed for their tasks. Compliance: Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted in a manner consistent with company procedures and safety protocols. Support: May be required to support operations manager with general labor tasks on natural gas compressors. These tasks may include washing units, completing operator reports, collecting oil samples, and assisting mechanics on preventative maintenance. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or distribution centers Valid forklift license; experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks preferred Knowledge of shipping \& receiving procedures, packing, and stock management Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry accuracy Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Must be able to pass pre\-employment and random drug tests. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Must be able to work under pressure and occasionally long or irregular hours which may include travel, as needed. Allocation of Time Maintenance of stockrooms and integrity of physical inventory – 30% Assist in procurement of parts and services based upon system demand – 30% Administration documentation and reporting tasks – 20% Assist other areas of the company as needed – 20% On Call Every other week on call rotation for after\-hours parts needs Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $27\.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
