Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team at our home office! This vital role combines office management with administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail\-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. You will serve as the first point of contact for and callers, manage office operations, and support various departments with clerical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Answer phones with exceptional customer service. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinate meetings efficiently Handle incoming emails, correspondence, and customer inquiries with excellent customer service skills Support bookkeeping tasks using HouseCall Pro Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools for document creation Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing exceptional administrative support Work with customers and commercial accounts for billing and communication Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and proofreading processes Strong computer literacy, including typing speed and accuracy; experience with bookkeeping is advantageous Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment Clerical experience in medical or dental reception is beneficial but not required Must be able to pass a background check and security threat assessment Loves dogs!
