Maintain detailed records of interactions using data entry skills in Microsoft Office or CRM systems. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences. Support client services by analyzing customer feedback and suggesting improvements for service delivery. Manage cash handling procedures accurately when processing payments or refunds as needed. Experience Previous call center experience or customer support roles is highly preferred. Proven ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence and professionalism. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and typing accuracy. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for serving diverse clients effectively. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills are essential. Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
