Description Veterinary Client Service Representative Heart of Texas Round Rock, TX Full\-time: Sunday\-Wednesday 2pm\-12am. Shift differential available for night and weekend shifts. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $17 – $19 / hour. The final pay will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. About You You are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast\-paced veterinary hospital. You’re comfortable managing appointment scheduling, multi\-line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience. Your Experience \& Skills The ideal candidate: Is friendly and able to demonstrate empathy with clients Able to remain calm and compassionate while carrying on a multitude of other tasks Works well on a team Has exceptional customer service skills Previous experience with patient scheduling preferred Previous veterinary experience preferred Bilingual abilities a plus Weekends and holidays may be required Responsibilities: Greet patients in a prompt and friendly manner Checking in patients in a timely fashion Schedule appointments Receive all incoming calls with a calm, pleasant, professional demeanor Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of waiting room and reception area Payment processing and cash handling, and account balancing Accurately update client files and document communications You’ll Grow with Us Here, you can grow your career as best fits you through access to comprehensive learning and skillset programs.
