(Occasionally, we may have additional training or travel to training seminars to improve our teamwork, skills, and personal growth…although we try very hard to schedule during the normal work week. If initial certification is needed, the course may be over a weekend.) About You: We are seeking a dynamic, fitness\-minded individual to join us as a Chiropractic \& Rehabilitation Assistant. Whether you are an experienced Chiropractic Technician (CT) / Rehab Aide or someone with a background in fitness, kinesiology, or athletics looking to transition into healthcare, we want to hear from you! If you are currently in a completely different industry, such as retail, the restaurant industry, construction, automotive, or anything else, but think you could learn and be a good fit, apply. We are looking for the right personality, work ethic, etc. We will fully sponsor and pay for the state\-required chiropractic licensing courses for the right candidate. What You Will Do: Active Rehab Coaching: Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises, stretching routines, and functional mobility tracks under the direct supervision of the chiropractor. (Dr. Justin will teach and show you what you need to know) Clinical Support \& Modalities: Set up and safely administer therapies such as decompression, PEMF, cold laser therapy, etc. once state\-certified. (Dr. Justin will train you in addition) Patient Progress Tracking: Monitor patient exercise form, count reps, and document notes in our electronic health records (EHR) software system. Clinic Flow \& Experience: Warmly greet patients, manage treatment room turnover, sanitize rehab equipment, and keep the clinical floor organized and safe. Front Office Backup: Support the administrative team when busy, by helping check patients in/out, answering phone calls, responding to leads, and scheduling future visits when the rehab floor is quiet. What We Are Looking For: Experience/Licensure: Current Wisconsin Chiropractic Technician (CT) certification or Rehab/Physical Therapy Aide experience is preferred but not required. For the right candidate, we provide complete on\-the\-job training and pay for your Wisconsin certification. Background Interests: A background or passion for personal training, exercise science, sports medicine, kinesiology, or physical therapy is helpful. Or if you have a passion for helping people feel better and see people’s lives change. Communication Skills: An encouraging, positive personality to help encourage patients through their recovery plans. Communicating with staff and team. Help make patients feel at home and strike up conversations. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, demonstrate exercise movements, and safely assist patients with mobility throughout an active 9\-hour shift. (You can sit down. You are not on your feet the entire time) Reliability: Prompt, professional, and consistently dependable for our Monday through Thursday hours.
