Responsibilities: We are looking for an energetic, professional, and trustworthy Administrative Assistant to join our team of animal lovers. Responsibilities include creating/adjusting a company schedule as well as communicating directly with staff and clients. Since this job does require occasional hands on with animals. We are looking for the type of person who stops random dogs while walking to say hello or someone who could spend hours happily cuddling and playing with animals. Our reputation is on the line, so we are looking for the best of the best to join our team! Requirements: 21\+ years of age, 25\+ preferred. 2\+ years of professional scheduling, executive/administrative assistant, secretary, or operations manager experience Consistent friendly and outgoing demeanor! Detailed Oriented and Organized. Must live within 7 miles of 77027 (River Oaks) Strong computer, verbal, and written communication skills \- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment. Willing to commit to a minimum of six months. Our clients rely on your dependability and stability. Able to pass a background check. You Must be willing to provide at least three professional or volunteer references.
