Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback to improve service quality. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear understanding and resolution of customer needs. Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and deliver outstanding client services consistently. Skills Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse clients. Strong customer support experience with a focus on client services and problem\-solving. Previous call center or outbound calling experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation. Ability to handle cash or process payments accurately when required. Demonstrated analysis skills for troubleshooting issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
