Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi\-line phone systems, email, and in\-person interactions Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, handling check\-ins, and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to support office efficiency Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to process transactions, update records, and generate reports Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing documents Support clerical functions like filing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies to ensure a well\-organized workspace Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs more effectively Prior office management or administrative experience, including calendar management and data entry Knowledge of front desk operations, phone etiquette, and multi\-line phone systems Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced setting Experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their administrative skills while delivering top\-tier customer service.
