Our company is seeking a qualified on the phone customer service professional to coordinate sales appointments and data entry of exterior replacement windows, doors and vinyl siding. Responsibilities Answer the phone and Schedule sales appointments between the customer's schedule and design consultants schedules Constant communication with our customers via phone, email, etc. Data entry \& record maintenance in our CRM program Work with the office administrative coordinator \& installation coordinator on a daily basis Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $19\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
