Part Time Property Admin Assistant

Duties: \- Oversee all and input of all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing and advertising to tenant screening and lease signing. \- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants. \- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the property, including rental rates, lease terms, and amenities. \- Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and verify income and employment information. \- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately. \- Coordinate move\-in and move\-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages. \- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise. \- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including tenant information, rental payments, and maintenance requests. Experience \- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or property management. \- Knowledge of LIHTC (Low\-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations and compliance is preferred. \- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping. \- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues with tenants. \- Familiarity with property maintenance and facilities management. \- Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. \- Experience in upselling additional services or amenities to tenants. \- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable lease terms.
