Overview LaLa Tacos is one of Southern California's leading taco catering companies. We cater private parties, corporate events, military functions, weddings, and special events throughout Southern California. We are looking for a friendly, organized, dependable person to assist the owners with customer service, event coordination, and day\-to\-day administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a growing family\-owned business. Pay: $23\.00 \- $30\.00 Per Hour Approximately 25\-35 hours per week with room for growth. Additional hours may be available for the right candidate as the company continues to grow. No industry experience is necessary. We will train the right candidate on our menus, ordering systems, customer service procedures, event logistics, and daily operations. Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer phone calls Return voicemails and customer inquiries Process customer orders in our POS system Follow up with customers regarding deposits, balances, and final payments Assist customers with event details and logistics Confirm event details such as parking, setup locations, side yard access, stairs, and other event requirements Send customer follow\-up emails Schedule complimentary tastings Maintain customer records and event notes Assist owners with day\-to\-day administrative tasks Help ensure events are properly organized and prepared for success Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable speaking on the phone Strong organizational skills Basic computer proficiency Reliable and dependable Positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment Experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurants, events, offices, administrative support, or related fields is helpful but not required.
