Great Day Management is a community association management company serving HOA communities throughout the Greater Richmond area. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable, organized, and service\-minded Part\-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, solving problems, and contributing to a company that values professionalism, care, and follow\-through. This position is currently part\-time, with the possibility of growing into a full\-time role as the company’s needs expand and the right candidate’s responsibilities develop. The Administrative Assistant will support day\-to\-day operations for the communities we manage, assist with resident and board communications, coordinate administrative tasks, and help ensure that requests, records, and follow\-ups are handled accurately and timely. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Respond to resident, board member, vendor, and contractor inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner Assist with maintenance requests by coordinating with vendors, tracking follow\-up items, and helping resolve routine issues Prepare community correspondence, including notices, letters, emails, mailings, and other routine communications Support community operations by maintaining owner records, association documents, meeting materials, and other community files Assist with invoice processing and basic bookkeeping support Use company software systems such as Buildium, Microsoft Office, and other tools to track tasks, update records, and keep work organized Provide general administrative support to the management team and assist with other recurring community management tasks as needed What We Are Looking For The right candidate will be reliable, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working in a small business environment where communication, organization, and follow\-through matter. This person should be able to handle multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and represent Great Day Management with professionalism and care. We are looking for someone who can succeed in the current part\-time role while also having the potential to take on additional responsibility over time. For the right person, this position may grow into a full\-time opportunity as the company continues to expand. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, patient, and helpful approach to residents, board members, vendors, and contractors Excellent organization, time management, and follow\-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling records, correspondence, invoices, and account information Comfortable working in a service\-oriented environment where responsiveness, discretion, and problem\-solving are important Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems Ability to learn property management software and internal company systems Ability to reliably commute to Henrico, VA Preferred Experience Basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, or financial reporting experience HOA, community association, property management, or customer service experience CMCA designation, PCAM designation, or other related community association training a plus Pay: $16\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: * Richmond, VA 23229 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Richmond, VA 23229
