Job Overview Lighthouse Hospice is seeking an exceptionally organized, technology\-savvy, and proactive Office Assistant / Clinical Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, enjoys helping others, loves organization, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Responsibilities Day to Day Clinical \& Administrative Support Coordinate patient visits and clinician schedules Assist with patient and staff scheduling adjustments Perform chart audits and documentation reviews for accuracy and compliance Track and organize QAPI data Assist with data collection, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives Support regulatory compliance and audit preparation activities Office Operations Answer phones and assist with reception duties Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems Assist with office supply management and inventory tracking Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and staff events Support special projects as assigned Event \& Community Coordination Organize community outreach events and company functions Attend events as a representative of Lighthouse Hospice Assist with marketing and community engagement activities Coordinate event logistics, materials, and scheduling Errands \& Field Support Run occasional errands for patients, families, clinicians, or office operations Deliver supplies or documents as needed Provide logistical support to field staff Experience Healthcare, hospice, home health, or medical office experience Scheduling software and EMR systems Quality assurance, auditing, or compliance activities Event planning or project coordination Qualifications Extremely organized and detail\-oriented Technology savvy and quick to learn new software Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Professional and compassionate Dependable and self\-motivated Strong communication skills Skilled at problem\-solving and critical thinking Required Skills (Highly Proficient In) Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Outlook Google Docs Google Sheets Mobile applications and technology platforms Data entry and data tracking systems Cloud\-based software and file management Benefits Paid mileage for work\-related travel Paid drive time between work assignments Monday–Friday schedule 9AM\-5PM No weekends No holidays/ Paid holidays Hybrid work opportunities after onboarding Pay: $24\.00 \- $28\.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Eagle, ID 83616
