Administrative Assistant Location: St. Petersburg, FL (In\-Office Position) MGE Management Experts is looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support multiple areas of the company and help ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations. Responsibilities: Cover reception desk breaks and assist with front desk duties. Organize and maintain client folders in alphabetical order. Assist with live seminar screening and event support. Provide administrative support to various departments. Help maintain organized filing systems and records. Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as needed. Assist management with special projects and administrative assignments. Support office operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Requirements: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Professional appearance and communication skills. Comfortable working with computers and office software. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Ability to work well in a fast\-paced office environment. Previous administrative or office experience is a plus. What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, highly organized, and enjoys supporting different areas of a growing company. This position requires someone who can take initiative, follow through on assignments, and contribute to a productive office environment.
