THE TYPE OF BOOKKEEPER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Ability to attend weekly in\-office meetings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with HR functions or managing benefits (including 401k)
- Manage all core accounting functions (A/R, A/P, payroll, etc.)
- Maintain and update QuickBooks Online with precision
- Generate accurate reports and financial insights
- Perform data entry and project cost analysis
- Assist with administrative tasks, including:
- Insurance
- Benefits coordination
- HR support
- Data analysis
- Flexible schedule
- Weekly in\-office meeting required during business hours
- Shifts vary but fall within business hours
