Executive \& Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM/CMO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams, external partners, vendors, and our clients(distributors)
- Prepare, edit, and proofread executive\-level correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal communications for executive.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive company \& executive information.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, deadlines, and operational challenges
- Draft clear, professional, and on\-brand written communications on behalf of the GM/CMO, including emails, memos, agendas, and follow\-ups.
- Assist with internal communications related to leadership initiatives, marketing priorities, and Team updates.
- Ensure consistency in tone, clarity, and accuracy across all written materials
- Support and assist with general building events in coordination with the Office Manager.
- Lead and manage events for guests traveling to meet with the GM/CMO, including planning, logistics, and on\-site coordination.
- Support planning and execution of executive\-led meetings, leadership offsites, brand events, conventions, and company gatherings
- Coordinate all GM/CMO\-led events, including venues, vendors, travel logistics, schedules, materials, and post\-event follow\-ups
- Assist with both internal and external events, including marketing activations and leadership appearances
- Work cross\-functionally with all departments and leadership teams to support workflows and ensure alignment on GM priorities and action items.
- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables from executive meetings.
- Help streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency where possible
- Provide light receptionist\-style support when needed, including professional front\-facing communication and coordination
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3\+ years of executive. Level\-C executive experience (PREFERRED)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (REQUIRED)
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Experience supporting C\-level executives or senior leadership
- Marketing Knowledge
