General Summary
The Administrative Assistant will support the Administrative Director in overseeing daily clerical operations across all clinic locations. This role plays a key part in maintaining appropriate staffing levels, coordinating provider schedules, and ensuring efficient front office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while supporting both staff and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Administrative Director with interviewing and onboarding candidates for clerical roles
- Monitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels across all clinics to ensure adequate coverage
- Support management of provider scheduling templates and coordinate provider time off
- Assist with training, development, and ongoing support of clerical team members
- Help ensure consistency and efficiency in clerical workflows across locations
- Collaborate with managers and team leads to address staffing or operational needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals
- Experience working in an office or healthcare setting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- High school diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- 2–5 years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting executive leaders or managers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Experience with virtual communication tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
