### Medical Receptionist \- Full\-Time, In\-Office
Health Link · San Francisco, CA · $20–$24/hour
Health Link is a home health agency serving families across the San Francisco Bay Area, and we're looking for a full\-time receptionist to anchor our San Francisco front office. This is the first voice patients hear when they call and the first face they see when they walk in, so it matters that the person in this seat is warm, steady, and genuinely good with people.
It's a busy desk. Phones ring, faxes come in, patients have questions, and the rest of the office leans on you to keep things moving. If you're the kind of person who stays organized when a few things are happening at once and doesn't lose your patience or your friendliness in the process, you'll do well here.
#### What the job involves
- Answering and routing calls, taking messages, and keeping the front desk running
- Greeting patients and visitors, answering their questions, and making them feel taken care of
- Sorting incoming faxes and getting them to the right person or department
- Updating and maintaining patient records in our EHR system, accurately and confidentially
- Pitching in on general clerical and administrative work as the office needs it
- At least a year of experience in a medical or healthcare setting, with a real track record of taking care of patients and customers
- Clear, professional phone manner and good people skills
- Comfort juggling several tasks without letting details slip
- Solid computer skills and the ability to pick up new office systems quickly
- Discretion and professionalism — you'll handle confidential patient information every day
- Full\-time, on\-site at our San Francisco office (this role isn't remote)
- You'll work alongside clinical and administrative teammates across our San Francisco and Walnut Creek locations
- Benefits: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid time off; and a 401(k) with company match
