We are currently seeking a motivated, outgoing, and relationship\-driven Community Liaison / Healthcare Marketer to help grow our referral network and strengthen our presence within the healthcare community.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building professional relationships, and making a meaningful impact by connecting families with quality homecare services.
Position Summary
The Community Liaison / Healthcare Marketer will serve as the “face” of Abic Healthcare Services within the community. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners, while promoting our homecare programs and services.
The ideal candidate is professional, self\-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities Relationship Development \& Outreach
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with:
- Hospitals
- Physicians’ offices
- Skilled nursing facilities
- Assisted living facilities
- Rehabilitation centers
- Social workers
- Case managers
- Discharge planners
- Community organizations
- Senior living communities
- Conduct in\-person marketing visits and presentations
- Promote Abic Healthcare Services’ programs and services to referral sources
- Generate new client referrals and community partnerships
- Identify new business development opportunities within the healthcare community
- Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners and prospective clients
- Educate referral sources on available homecare services and eligibility
- Attend networking events, health fairs, vendor events, and community outreach activities
- Represent Abic Healthcare Services in a professional and positive manner
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and marketing materials throughout the community
- Track referral sources, marketing activities, and outreach efforts
- Provide regular updates to administration regarding lead generation and partnership development
- Collaborate with leadership to support company growth goals
