We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing \& Brand Assistant to help grow a modern real estate and construction brand in Orange County.

This role is ideal for someone interested in marketing, social media, branding, real estate, entrepreneurship, and business growth who wants hands\-on experience building a real company and personal brand from the ground up.

This is more than a typical assistant position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow long term, take ownership, and eventually step into a larger leadership/marketing role as the business expands.

Main ResponsibilitiesSocial Media \& Content Creation

  • Assist with creating and managing content for real estate and construction social media accounts
  • Film and edit short\-form videos/Reels/TikToks
  • Create captions, story content, graphics, and marketing posts
  • Help grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube presence
  • Assist with content planning and scheduling
  • Help create branding and marketing strategies that attract real leads and clients
  • Client Relations \& CRM

  • Help reconnect and maintain relationships with past clients and referral partners
  • Assist with follow\-up systems, CRM organization, and client communication
  • Coordinate client appreciation events, gifts, and marketing touchpoints
  • Help improve overall client experience and retention
  • Branding \& Marketing

  • Assist with branding concepts, logos, templates, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Help build a recognizable and trusted local brand in Orange County
  • Support marketing campaigns and creative projects
  • Operations \& Support

  • Assist with scheduling, organization, project coordination, and occasional errands
  • Help keep projects, tasks, and systems organized and moving efficiently
  • Ideal Candidate

  • Interested in marketing, social media, branding, entrepreneurship, or real estate
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Creative and proactive mindset
  • Comfortable learning new software/apps/platforms
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or video editing apps
  • Positive attitude and willing to grow
  • Comfortable being on\-site occasionally for content filming or project visits
  • Reliable transportation preferred
  • Real estate interest or pursuing a real estate license is a plus.
