Job Summary
The Account Executive role with ASNOA is a hybrid role consisting of Client Management, system admin, and sales roles. Responsibilities start with the onboarding of new clients and overseeing their success and support throughout the relationship in each region/state(s).
Successful retail or customer service experience would be a great fit here. Folks who like fast\-pass environments, are accustomed to utilizing technology \& systems while interacting with customers would be ideal.
The overall goal of the Account Executive is to successfully launch new agents and assist in building long\-term profitable relationships.
Responsibilities
· Maintain an active pipeline of Affiliates/Clients
· Utilize customer service tools properly during outreach and presentations
· Negotiate agreements
· Onboard new Affiliates following proper timelines and procedures detailed by ASNOA Management
· Provide professional on\-going support to maximize Affiliate loyalty and success
· Team up with necessary ASNOA departments completing timeline goals and support is being provided efficiently
· Collaborate with local Carrier partners to build and provide guidance to Affiliates in the insurance industry/market
· Document all interactions and notes for proper tracking
Experience
· Proven experience with customer facing support and interaction
· Basic knowledge of insurance market and products
· Experienced use of Microsoft Office, CRM experience is a plus
· Excellent communication and presentation skills to build relationships
· Basic business acumen
· Enthusiasm and passion with support and education
· Adaptability and resourcefulness
· High School degree, some college preferred

Pay: $40,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per year
