Nonprofit Fundraising Management (NFM) partners with African American churches, nonprofits, and mission\-driven organizations to strengthen fundraising, donor engagement, and operational systems.
We are seeking a high\-initiative, operationally detailed Client Project Coordinator to manage a dedicated portfolio of 3 to 4 active clients. This is a unique, high\-ownership hybrid role that blends project coordination, client success, operations, written communication, and relationship management.
While this role involves ownership and accountability, we operate as a fully remote, freelance\-friendly team with a flexible and collaborative approach to work. This role is a great fit for self\-motivated candidates who thrive in mission\-driven environments that value both strong relationships and dependable follow\-through.
Compensation \& Logistics
- Pay Rate: $30\.00 per hour
- Job Type: Part\-Time Contract (25–30 hours per week)
- Location: 100% Remote (Must be available during US business hours)
- Schedule Note: Some client meetings occur in the evenings to accommodate church volunteer and ministry schedules.

- Strong background in project coordination, client success, executive administrative support, or operations.
- Strong comfort with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and project tracking software such as Asana or ClickUp.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a proven ability to adapt tone and voice.

The Core Pillars of the Role
1\. Meeting Facilitation, Continuity \& Calendar Logistics (40% of the role)
* Focused Portfolio Management: Maintain operational tracking, timeline execution, and communication continuity for 3 to 4 dedicated active clients.
* Targeted Calendar Coordination: Handle precise scheduling via Google Calendar (including executing a deep\-dive onboarding interview schedule of 30\+ interviews when a new client occasionally launches).
* Agenda Prep \& Follow\-up: Craft streamlined, error\-free meeting agendas and proactive reminders regarding outstanding deliverables.
* Live Facilitation \& Meticulous Notes: Coordinate conversation flow during recurring client meetings while our CEO handles high\-level strategy. Capture detailed, highly accurate action items and key decisions.
* Rapid Turnaround: Finalize meeting recaps internally by the following morning and deliver them to clients within 24–48 hours using the Eisenhower Matrix framework.
2\. Project Coordination \& Roadmap Management (30% of the role)
* Timeline Oversight: Maintain and execute year\-long fundraising and operational client roadmaps inside Asana or ClickUp.
* Proactive Adjustments: Shift project deadlines proactively around ministry seasons, holidays, and fundraising cycles.
* Accountability Tracking: Conduct thoughtful, proactive follow\-up with clients and internal team members to help ensure milestones continue moving forward.
3\. Written Communications, Storytelling \& Grant Admin (30% of the role)
* Ghostwriting \& Newsletters: Conduct interviews with donors, volunteers, and ministry leaders to draft monthly print mailers and digital newsletters. You will write in the pastor’s unique voice, capturing human\-interest stories and ministry impacts.
* AI Collaboration: Thoughtfully utilize AI tools to brainstorm, outline, and improve writing efficiency while maintaining a deeply personalized, authentic human voice. (Note: No video or audio production is required).
* Annual Reports: Coordinate timelines with graphic designers for annual reports, gather photos, and keep production milestones moving forward.
* Grant Administrative Support: Track inbound grant opportunities sent by clients, research basic alignment, maintain tracking spreadsheets, and log deadlines. (Note: You are not responsible for writing grants).
